Here's another nosegay of French operettas, one complete, the others in small samples.

Broadcast by France Musique 25 July 2010, the first section is devoted to a half hour's guide through a specially selected operetta, in this case Adolphe Adam's Les Pantins de violette. It's an approach to broadcasting of a bygone age, according to the programme producer Benoît Duteurtre. (Technical info below.)

Part 2 is a complete operetta, Maurice Yvain's Au Soleil du Mexique, while the third reverts to the toe-in-the-water approach with samples of works by Félix Fourdrain.
