This is going a bit far off from the usual focus of OperaShare (even farther off than my postings usually go), but we've had some previous posts of spoken drama and poetry. I think this one may be of interest to some members.
This is a transfer of the Decca DX-110: the original cast recording of the 1950 Broadway production of Christopher Fry's THE LADY'S NOT FOR BURNING.
I believe the New York cast was the same as the earlier London cast, but that the recording was made during the New York run, which was between Nov. 8, 1950, and March 17, 1951.
