Two in house recordings. 4-24-84 (not 86 as erroneously typed into the links) has the best sound, but 4-17 finds La Dimitrova in the best voice (better than the commercial DVD). What I most like about the 4-17 performance are the occasional interjections during applause by a male audience member speaking in what appears to be charmingly Slavic-accented English: "Ghena did a very good start...Now Ghena. It's all Ghena now. Ghena will steal the show."
Audiotape to digital transfer with notable tape hiss on 4-17 but well worth having otherwise. Same cast for both.
