CD89229 J.S. Bach - Johannes-Passion - Gabrieli Consort & Play

The performance is one of the items from the Schwetzinger SWR Festspiele 2011 (from which I've got a couple of Lieder recitals to upload soon) and was broadcast by satellite by SWR2.

In two parts - the only thing I've done is to shorten a 38 second pause two thirds of the way through part 2 to about 10 seconds.

Technical details: Satellite broadcast, recorded directly to satellite receiver's hard drive, transferred via home network to the computer's hard drive. The ts file was demuxed by ProjectX, and the resulting ac3 stream (448 kbps, 16 bit) was converted to wav by Ciler's Ac3 tool. The native mp2 stream was edited using mp3DirectCut, the wav stream using Goldwave. I used Goldwave to convet the wav stream to mp3 and flac (16bit, 44.1kHz).

Important Information!!!
USA Telephone (404) 200-4776 We sell only opera recordings. The recordings are sent to you in paper sleeves with no tray card or inserts, just the raw discs with printed labels. These recordings are of nonprofessional quality that are in the public domain. The quality of these old opera recordings is not very good and they are meant for collectors and educational purposes only. Most of them are 30 or 40 years old, so they might be blurry, colors faded, and not sound very good, but they might not be available elsewhere. Please note that most of our recordings do not have tracks, they have 1 long track per disc.
