Product Description

CD83102 Schmied von Marienburg - Gdansk 28.6.2008

on private request here's a reupload of this recording from Deutschlandradio Kultur via satellite at 256 kbps, a rarity by Siegfried Wagner. Unfortunately only excerpts of the performance were broadcasted.

Between the excerpts the announcer talks to conductor Frank Strobel.

Also remarkable is, that there wasn't a big choir involved but the chorus was sung by the soloists that hadn't to do a solo part at that time.
