Here's a broadcast of the Mahler 2nd with Carl Schuricht conducting the French National Orchestra and Chorus, with Eugenia Zareska, contralto, and Edith Wiens, soprano. The date is Feb. 20, 1958.
For reasons I don't understand, different movements of this have different bit rates, varying from 144 to 152. I know that sounds low, but there's a lot of presence to the sound. And the performance is very exciting.
