Here's a fuller cast list compliments of Ommer (who lists both Herrand and di Palma as Remendado, but di Palma sang Dancairo at the San Carlo in the August 21 performance the same year so I assume this is now correct), Ommer also gives the Arena Flegrea as the venue, though one wonders if December is a likely date for an outdoor performance. Can anyone clarify this? I suppose the acoustic of the recording will be a clue.
