Here's an interesting complete concert with Morton Gould conducting the American Symphony in the superb Troy Music Hall in 1975. All performances are outstanding - back in 1975 the Strauss and Ives were relative rarities and Gould's own Declaration Suite is certainly not commonplace even today:
