Product Description

CD91231 Wagner Meistersinger, Bayreuth 26 July (flac-files)

Dear friends of Wagner,

please find below the links to my flac upload of the delayed broadcast of this year's first night of the Bayreuth Meistersinger (26 July 2011), as broadcast by Bayern 4 Klassik on 2nd August. The flac version is based on the ac3-Dolby files which I uploaded separately and earlier. In the delayed broadcast, there was only one interval feature; it is uploaded together with the introductions to acts 1-3 as a zip file. This file contains the following (all in German):

file bay2011meister_radioflac.zip: 1. Burkhard Fritz (Stolzing) interviewed by Uwe Friedrich 2. Dirk Kruse introducing stage and play of acts 1 to 3

The links *.flac (similar to the Dolby files, 48kHz, 24bit with 6,912kbps = DVD

Important Information!!!
USA Telephone (404) 200-4776 We sell only opera recordings. The recordings are sent to you in paper sleeves with no tray card or inserts, just the raw discs with printed labels. These recordings are of nonprofessional quality that are in the public domain. The quality of these old opera recordings is not very good and they are meant for collectors and educational purposes only. Most of them are 30 or 40 years old, so they might be blurry, colors faded, and not sound very good, but they might not be available elsewhere. Please note that most of our recordings do not have tracks, they have 1 long track per disc.
