Product Description

CD89856 Siegfried Act III Munich 2000: Heppner/Morris/Watson

Back in 2000 James Levine was still engaged with the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra. One of their concerts featured Act III of "Siegfried". Levine brought a couple of his Met singers to Munich to entertain the local enthusiasts. This is described as an in-house recording, though I would have thought it might have been broadcast.

Best wishes Roger D Bell Lancashire England
